Attorney Chris Pochyla is the founder of the Law Offices of Chris Pochyla, A Professional Limited Liability Company, law firm based in Frisco, Texas and representing clients throughout the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex in civil litigation, real estate litigation, estate planning and probate.
Chris Pochyla is highly experienced in civil litigation and the appeals related thereto. In the area of civil litigation, Mr. Pochyla regularly represented large corporations and other business enterprises in cases dealing with business torts and contractual disputes in both state and federal courts prior to opening his own practice.
While in law school Southern Methodist University, he served as as Chief Counsel for the Criminal Defense Clinic, in which he provided legal representation to underprivileged defendants and gained real world trial experience before obtaining his JD. As an undergraduate at Texas A&M University, Mr. Pochyla was a member of the Corps of Cadets in Company E-1 and helped reform Company D-1.
